Happy New Year Everyone!

Happy New Year Everyone!
I wanted to come up with a theme for 2024 and decided on this.
                  "Show Up Anyway"
As we all navigate through the new year, opportunities will be born from challenges, but opportunities require us to show up anyway, even if the challenges threaten the comfort of all we know.

As the days, weeks, and months of the new year invite our attention to what is comfortable, we must avoid getting stuck in and with the status quo!

It's time to face challenges and embrace what's uncomfortable. Remember, disruption doesn't wait for invitations. It just shows up!

So, regardless of comfort in the status quo, invite disruption, look where the status quo refuses to look, and discover what the status quo missed.

Irrespective of the challenges on the journey towards continuous relevance, show up anyway. I look forward to seeing you on that journey.

Status quo is the killer of all that will be invented.
