My vision for TEASRA, The Innovation Channel, was born of this thought. "A company becomes obsolete when they focus on delivering the past to the future instead of delivering the future to the present." It’s only through collaboration and a willingness to look where others do not, which eventually separates the innovators from those stuck in the status quo.

Of course I will address Mike's interview with the leaders of Marco Technologies. It was predictable but completely amazing what these three gentlemen didn’t mention. Especially as they throw out hits that the whole interview is to share their alternative reality to my content regarding the real issue involving Konica Minolta and MARCO I will also discuss a couple recent press releases. One regarding DEX Imaging and their latest acquisition of NECS. The other press release regarding Konica Minolta and Visual Edge IT.
In today’s episode I share thoughts on the issues with private equity regarding extremely high percentage of redemptions, pension fund managers pulling out of private credit, and the $3 trillion backlog of aging - unsold portfolio companies. I believe the overall private equity issues will create some outcomes within the assets P.E. firms own in the print industry. As we all witnessed the part one disaster regarding Visual Edge IT. I believe there's more coming. In this episode I share why with a focus on MARCO, DEX Imaging, and UBEO--
The world of specialty print is rapidly changing the game. As Print OEM Manufacturers, Specialty Print Shop Entrepreneurs and the end-users they serve all converge in the space where imaginations feed off each other.

hear a rumor that one of the industry’s small podcast in going to be interviewing the president of dealers at Konica Minolta U.S. So i thought I should help the host out with two questions!

Xerox has elected to be one of the landscapers, and as I have screamed since the renovation announcement, Xerox needs to get the hell off Wall Street and continue reinventing the industry’s landscapers!
The disconnect that most MSPs have is the belief that their customers need them to babysit and navigate them through the complexities of technology. Yes, they may have up until about a year ago. Today, technology and its navigation are surpassing even the most forward-thinking expectations.
It is always enjoyable talking with one of the best in the MSP space. Milton and his team have built an incredible business! You can easily see his loves what he does!
Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S. has out done themselves in stupidity! This ripping national accounts aways from dealers who have built infractures over decades to support these Konica Minolta National accounts only to realize that KMBS U.S. leadership could care less on that infrastructure is beyond disappointing to life long Konica Minolta Dealers.
Last year when the retired BTA Lawyer blessed the new KMBS dealer contract I was extremely outspoken and today as we witness KMBS actions hopefully the industry’s actors now realizes the why of my outrage. KMBS has given the right in allowing dealers to put W2 service technician in any geography they wish and that was one of the changes to the U.S. dealer contract that the retired BTA Lawyer blessed.
In this episode I talk with Frank Cucco The Chairman of Impact Networking a Konica Minolta Dealer who was affected by Konica Minolta taking away national accounts. The industry must stand together when overreacting OEMs do stupid things! More Konica Minolta dealers need to be discussing this. I give a BIG Shout-Out To Frank! I also welcome all those Konica Minolta Dealers affected by this to come the show!
Frantisek and I discuss his major investment in Xerox. Holding over 6.5 Million shares his firm has over 5% ownership. Frantisek sees great upside as do I.
