share thoughts on Canon 1st qtr. and discuss the potential disaster with Canon as HP Inc print business continues declining. Canon maybe way over optimistic in their believes regarding their HP Inc relationship. Canon also should be concerned that their print business exceeds 55% of the conglomerates revenues and over 80% of the conglomerates total operating profit. Canon has not been able to grow its other business units enough to be considered a successful diversification. I don't believe Canon takes serious its threats.
Kyocera must look at their great successes and do more around those successes! The marketplace needs OEMs to shake things up! In the U.S. marketplace dealers of at least one OEM are looking for a more dealer friendly OEM Kyocera and others should be aggressively going after that distribution. The dealers need a strong differentiator and Kyocera is one of the OEMs who can deliver that differentiation.
n this episode I recall my outrage over the Old Retired BTA Lawyer blessing the Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S. dealer contract. WELL Apparently I was correct in being outraged! Let's go back in time to last year and listen to what the retired BTA Lawyer and the host of Friday's with Frank had to say in their two part interview. I believe they both were too focused on blessing an OEM contract instead of focusing on the dealers.
