The loans maturity date was December 2025 So, what is the Ares Capital plan for Visual Edge IT? I am thinking they want to sell them off but first they have to whip out all the various types of shareholders. It seems logical that setting up a new LLC and merging in Visual Edge IT will accomplish that. I also believe the bigger story will be who Ares Capital eventually sells the new entity VEIT,LLC to? I am still thinking DEX Imaging is the buyer - But time will tell and I don't see it taking too long.
