Norm McConkey has been involved in the print, imaging, IT and software technology industries since 1993. He founded PrintFleet in 2003, which was later sold to ECi. In 2009 he started Tangent MTW Incorporated, a consultancy which helped build Managed Print programs for Office Depot, Canon, Parts Now, Lexmark and Xerox. Seeing an opportunity in e-commerce, he launched MPSToolbox in 2015, which has built over 100 B2B e-commerce websites for OEMs, regional dealers, and distributors.
