Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S. has out done themselves in stupidity! This ripping national accounts aways from dealers who have built infractures over decades to support these Konica Minolta National accounts only to realize that KMBS U.S. leadership could care less on that infrastructure is beyond disappointing to life long Konica Minolta Dealers.
Last year when the retired BTA Lawyer blessed the new KMBS dealer contract I was extremely outspoken and today as we witness KMBS actions hopefully the industry’s actors now realizes the why of my outrage. KMBS has given the right in allowing dealers to put W2 service technician in any geography they wish and that was one of the changes to the U.S. dealer contract that the retired BTA Lawyer blessed.
Frantisek and I discuss his major investment in Xerox. Holding over 6.5 Million shares his firm has over 5% ownership. Frantisek sees great upside as do I.
It was great talking with Chuck and Ravi. Kyocera with its new Nova Series has once again caught the status quo off guard. Kyocera is in a position to bring dealers who are seeking to replace OEMs who are no longer dealer friendly with those who are. Kyocera's robust product portfolio, their strong financial position, along with their innovative inkjet production are definitely going to shake up the marketplace.
