After watching an interview with a couple of MARCO leaders one being their CEO regarding MARCO's National Service Footprint I wasn't surprised that the guy with the hat didn't address Konica Minolta Business U.S. Ripping away national accounts from dealers and giving them to MARCO. Instead what I saw was a distraction conversation attempting sell dealers on why dealers should consider using MARCO's national service footprint themselves to facilitate managing the dealers national accounts. To that I think - WTF!!! So in this episode I share more for the dealers to think about. As I see this as a major concern for the overall dealer community which should be addressed. .

Canon maybe way over optimistic in their believes regarding their HP Inc relationship. Canon also should be concerned that their print business exceeds 55% of the conglomerates revenues and over 80% of the conglomerates total operating profit. Canon has not been able to grow its other business units enough to be considered a successful diversification. I don't believe Canon takes serious its threats.
