What are the issue with the POOR Operating Margins at Ricoh? How can anyone take Rich serious regarding being a services company when Ricoh doesn’t share the operating profit margins of the office services business unit on their own? Ricoh produced three billion dollars in revenues from their digital services business group. Of which $1.4 + Billion was offices services and $1.4 + billion office products. OK, I Give Them A Cookie For Profit Hit. But I still have Zero Confidence In Konica Minolta maintaining any continuation of qtrly profitability! Their past six years have shown that the Konica Minolta leadership is ineffective at projecting profit numbers and I don't see any substance coming from leadership which instills confidence!
